The most important thing is to feel comfortable with your counsellor,enabling the trust to build between yourselves, forming a strong working relationship. Once you are comfortable with this we can set up a second session.

About me and my practice
I offer my clients the Person-Centred approach, which is a popular approach to therapy in the UK today.By my offering clients the right conditions, I believe that each client can change and can grow in confidence and positivity. I aim to have deep understanding of every client.
You need to feel relaxed with your counsellor to enable you to feel safe enough to fully open up. I am a warm ,friendly person and offer each of my clients empathy and understanding with no judgements.
My appointments are for 50 minutes, and these can be virtual, telephone or face to face.

I have worked at Cruse Bereavement, Leeds Mind and HMRC Armley.
I have worked with clients within my private practice for over 6 years.
Qualifications
ABC level 2 Counselling skills
Level 3 ABC counselling skills
Level 4 Diploma.
ABC Bereavement, including suicide and sudden and traumatic death.
